In the Role

As a Demand Generation Director, you will run and operate all TOF (Top of Funnel) digital programs with states and districts including work with Google adwords, Social media, email marketing, youtube etc. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads via Digital and you will manage the SDR team for outreach. 

Roles and responsibilities

  • Putting Your Brand in Front of the Right Audiences
  • Improving SEO Efforts: developing an effective keyword strategy
  • Supporting Omnichannel Marketing: building a unified strategy across multiple channels, content needs to be integrated across touchpoints.
  • Supporting Continuous Testing and Optimization- testing for different strategies to pinpoint exactly which tactics are working—or not.


  • At least 5 Years of Hands on experience with all digital and ad channels, in a similar role
  • Proven experience selling into large enterprises (B2B) and SMBs.
  • Strong data analytics skills
  • Google analytics expert
  • SEO expert
  • Experience with managing SDRs and outreach
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
  • Proven experience working in a startup environment and SaaS experience
