In the Role

The Revenue Operations Systems Administrator will be responsible for the strategic implementation and integration of our core GTM techstack, as well as supporting the day-to-day operations of our business teams. The person in this role should have demonstrated results creating proficiency and operational excellence within both the sales and client enablement lifecycle. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Identify, implement, integrate and support our GTM techstack, including Salesforce, Marketing Automation Tools, and data enhancement tools. 
  • Provide systems and process support for users on activities including: CRM- related questions, opportunity & forecast management, sales process, etc.
  • Support a data driven culture by leveraging the system and data knowledge to create, maintain and govern the use of dashboards and reports, ensuring information translates into insights.
  • Define, create and document processes in support of GTM activities.  
  • Actively identify opportunities for automation across our suite of tools.
  • Build and maintain robust data integrations and data import processes to support integrated GTM systems.
  • Train new and existing users on tech stack and promote user adoption.



  • 5+ years of work as a Business Systems Analyst or systems work within a Sales/GTM/Revenue Ops org.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field.
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce, administrator certificate a plus.
  • Ability to understand high-level sales strategies and translate them into system and process requirements.
  • Self-starter with a team-oriented work style.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity / deal with changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in creating reports, optimizing processes, managing dashboards and data visualization tools.
  • Clear communicator and ability to translate system steps clearly to users, so they understand the 5 Ws.
