As a Product Manager you will be the owner of specific Amplio products. Deliver a disruptive product that brings value to its users aligned with Amplio vision and product strategy.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Gather users’ feedback through various means including interviews, focus groups and usage analytics
  • Gain a deep understanding of the user journey and ״jobs to be done״
  • Translate product strategy and business goals into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Identify product opportunities and generate new ideas that drive growth and users’ behavioral change. 
  • Set KPI and optimize the developed solutions based on usage data and users’ feedback
  • Optimize user’s funnels and create stickiness to the product 
  • Scope and prioritize tasks based on business and customer impact
  • Work closely with engineering teams, designers and analysts to deliver quick and optimal solutions. 
  • Drive product launches including working with product marketing team
  • Work closely with customer success, training, clinical product and sales teams

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in product management
  • Obsessed with product-market-fit 
  • Previous proven experience in changing users’ behaviour via designed solutions
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Solid knowledge of setting KPIs, defining MVPs and improving and expanding them according to users’ usage data 
  • Strong problem solving skills 
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a squad environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 20%-30% time in USA
  • Experience in developing K12 educational products (Advantage)
  • Experience in growth hacking (Advantage)
  • Experience in developing dashboards and BI tools (Advantage)
