As a senior product designer you will create processes and workflows within the company to understand users’ needs and behavior and design relevant solutions for these needs. You will be addressing educators, students and admins workflows, in order to improve their outcome and drive a meaningful change to the special education field. 

Role and responsibilities

  • Turn requirements and user needs into designs
  • Test designs before and after development and gain insights regarding needed improvements
  • Collect data about users' behavior
  • Establish iterative user centered processes of solving user's challenges
  • Identify opportunities for solutions that will solve real user's challenges and bring value to the company


  • At least 5 years of experience designing complex web applications for B2C clients
  • Experience with defining complex workflows for at least thousands of users
  • Experience working with usage analytics tools and UX optimization methods and processes
  • Experience working within structures product teams and collaborating with R&D teams
  • Knowledge and experience with standard design tools and technologies (Figma).
  • Experience working and developing design systems
  • Experience working with user testing and behavior tracking tools such as full story, Hot jar, User testing etc. 
  • Experience in using data that comes from different data collection tools such as Tableau, Mixpanel and more.
  • Passionate about design and details
  • Team player with great communication skills
