VP Product reports to CPO. Operating in tandem with the VP Academics


Responsibilities

  • Develop the core technologies to accelerate SpEd students’ progress 10x, within the workflow implemented in the Amplio platform.
  • Continuously improve Amplio’s core technologies to ensure Amplio operates in a blue ocean, making all other players irrelevant.
  • Create the technological ecosystem that recognizes Amplio’s core tech leadership.

Roles

  • Develop the platform’s data infrastructure & framework.
  • Develop and validate metrics to demonstrate academic performance
  • Develop algorithms to automatically measure these metrics
  • Develop a system for real-time feedback, reinforcement & correction
  • Develop a data-driven decision support system
  • Develop an automatic intervention optimization algorithm
  • Harness the accumulated data to continuously improve performance using statistica, AI and Big Data techniques
  • Analyze data to demonstrate the superiority of Amplio’s performance
  • Develop and protect intellectual property
  • Publish and present results in various outlets to create thought leadership - journals, conventions, standardization committees, strategic customer meetings etc.

Requirements

  • Former CTO of a data-centric startup company
  • Hands-on development of data infrastructures and algorithms
  • Experience in managing a small group (3-4)
  • Preferably experience with presentations and scientific publishing
  • Preferably PhD in relevant areas
