In the Role

The Clinical Service Operations role is a remote full time position responsible for supporting the Clinical Services and HR departments. 

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality and detail-oriented administrative services to our Clinical Services team 
  • Support the screening process for applicants to ensure proper qualifications and credentials by state for Special Education Related Service Providers
  • Manage applicants through interview process; oversee and coordinate onboarding and training for new hires
  • Maintain a comprehensive database & working knowledge of state by state credentialing requirements for providers’ health care licenses and educational credentials, including up-to-date information regarding reciprocity agreements.  
  • Manage clinical availability.
  • Perform all other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent education 
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience in administration or operations required
  • Experience with streamlining data-driven processes across multiple teams/departments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G-Suite; Experience with Airtable a plus
  • Ability to learn new applications with ease
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized 
  • Multi-task in a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Exceptional customer service and candidate experience skills and orientation
  • Previous experience with Speech Language Pathologists (SLP’s), Occupational Therapists (OT’s), Physical Therapists (PT’s), other Providers highly preferred
