In the Role

The Client Adoption Specialist is responsible for driving user adoption of Amplio’s SaaS platform within a portfolio of K-12 School District Accounts. This position proactively works with Amplio’s K-12 School District end users to increase adoption and utilization of Amplio’s SaaS platform so the end users see the full value of the platform. Performance in the position is based on specific metrics associated with customer product adoption, utilization & net retention.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensure our K-12 School Districts end users are successfully adopting and utilizing the platform and realizing value from their investment
  • Monitor Amplio platform usage patterns with an assigned portfolio of K-12 School District accounts and use a variety of strategies to drive software adoption
  • Gain a deep understanding of individual districts Special Education practices and how Amplio can enhance their therapy efforts
  • Use data to understand our customers, monitor success, and develop new adoption and utilization strategies
  • Collaborate with various internal teams such as Implementation, Clinical Services, and Sales & Marketing
  • Consistently report on results, account health, risks & opportunities to District Admins and internally
  • Conduct end user interviews and share feedback with appropriate teams
  • Proactively identify and escalate potential issues/risks with the platform and/or customer experience
  • Leverage data from internal systems such as Salesforce, Grafana, and other tools
  • Stay current on Amplio’s products, competitive landscape & special education trends



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Relevant experience in driving SaaS adoption and utilization within enterprise accounts, project management, customer success, sales and/or product management
  • Proven success building internal and external relationships and ability to understand the needs of both customers and their stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software tools
  • Familiarity with end user adoption and utilization best practices
  • Experience with Software-as-a-Service on-boarding/implementation/adoption is a plus.
  • Ability to clearly articulate and present complex situations and concepts with data and interpersonal communication both written and verbal
  • A willingness to go the extra mile to kick start our client’s success
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G-Suite
