In the Role

We are looking for a passionate person with strong instructional design skills to join our training team to design and create high-quality, engaging content for our knowledge platform. You will work on growing our training initiatives and develop educational content for both internal and external stakeholders.

You will work alongside our incredible team of professionals to create educational courses, articles, and video content that provide engaging learning experiences for our customers. As an exceptional designer, you understand how to package information into digestible and creative content. This role reports to the Manager of Training.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Apply tested instructional design theories, practice, and methodology to develop dynamic and impactful curriculum
  • Identify objectives and measures of success for the curriculum and create content that will meet those objectives and measures of success
  • Leverage instructional design and multimedia skills to design, develop, and maintain learning materials including courses, articles, videos, e-learning modules, guides, and job aids that emphasize the value points of our platform and enable customer success
  • Act as an advisor in identifying and analyzing training needs, creating innovative content, and designing strategies and tools to measure the effectiveness of our training efforts
  • Other duties as assigned



  • Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in Content Development or Instructional Design with instructional technology
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating engaging learning content that enhances the learning experience and meets the needs of our organization
  • Applied knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models (experience with ADDIE, Agile, Bloom's Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick, or other models a plus)
  • Well-versed in learning design technology, HTML development, and relevant software such as Google Workspace, Adobe Creative, and Articulate products
  • Ability to apply effective messaging techniques to persuade and keep learners engaged
  • Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills, ability to break down and explain complex issues, making them easily understandable 
  • Comfortable speaking and presenting to individuals and groups
  • Tech-savvy; interest and excitement for innovative software solutions
  • Outstanding communication, relationship building, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner with the ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and multi-task
