In the Role

As a Learning Development Manager, you will enhance the competencies of our customers by designing and executing training programs that will boost the adoption rate of Amplio's platform with our K-12 customers. You will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing learning materials and managing all phases of training interventions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain new and existing product training content and keep it up-to-date
  • Instruct & develop internal trainers to provide direct training to customers in 1:1 or group instruction formats
  • Monitor the quality of training, leverage insights from training events, prepare informative training reports and recommend ongoing updates to training materials
  • Be the go-to expert for all training matters
  • Collaborate with product team and subject matter experts to gain a detailed understanding of the product and service scope, direction, usage and best practices
  • Process internal requests for training resources or customer-facing product documentation
  • Manage a small team of Training Content Creators
  • Periodic travel for onsite training support for sales and implementation teams. 

 

Key Performance Indicators:

As a data-driven company, performance measuring is our way of life. Here are the success factors that this position will be measured upon:

  • Adoption Rate: 95% or higher for new users within 3 weeks
  • Time to First Value (TTFV) for new users: Less than 3 days from training
  • Time to Value (TTV) for new product features: Less than 5 days from release
  • Training customer satisfaction score (CSAT)
  • Usage of knowledge base and knowledge base traffic

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA degree and solid business background preferred
  • 3+ years' of relevant experience in training and development of training programs
  • Experience in developing and delivering training material (presentations, virtual training sessions, videos etc.)
  • Experience working with web content tools to create and maintain knowledge base web pages
  • Experience in AI and SaaS based industries
  • Prove experience in conveying technical information and business impact to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player and Customer Service skills
