In the Role

Amplio is looking for a Project Manager to manage/oversee all aspects of our software implementation cycle with K12 school districts student management systems. This individual needs to be deeply connected with the “why” of a project to know what success looks like when implementation is complete. The right candidate will work through a task and stakeholders to drive communication and alignment with the project plan.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define scope, plan and success criteria with the clients and execute the implementation project to achieve them
  • Support the client onboarding process, ensuring that all system configurations and setup are completed in a timely manner and ensure project quality is high
  • Drive consulting, mentoring and change management to increase adoption and utilization of our special education platform
  • Establish and nurture strong relationship with client stakeholders
  • Communicate obstacles and progress within the project team as well as to senior leadership
  • Work with clients to gather requirements for processes, dashboards, KPIs, custom forms and reporting
  • Create and maintain project work schedules, track customer requirements and translate customer requests into project deliverables
  • Provision, configure and perform data conversions for all client tools and integrations for the client's technology platform
  • Work with stakeholders and owners to execute their responsibilities in a timely manner and help drive ownership and accountability of tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of prior project management or related experience (operations)
  • 2+ years experience in software implementation, preferably in EdTech
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to focus on quality and executing to a defined result
  • Experience with helping to scale a fast-growing company with outstanding business acumen
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent Spreadsheet and flowcharts skills (Excel, Google Sheets, Lucid)
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Desire to “get it right” rather than “be right”
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to influence people and get results
