In the Role

The SpEd Solution Consultant is a trusted advisor of SpEd leadership at K-12 district prospects and customers, with regards to the implementation of Amplio’s platform within their environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design various pedagogic applications (use cases) of the Amplio platform within school districts, given the huge variability in populations, challenges, curricula and regulation between districts
  • Consult K-12 district SpEd Admins on pedagogic implementation of the Amplio platform in their specific district
  • Define the in-school processes leading to such applications
  • Mitigate challenges in pedagogical implementation of the platform on a district level
  • Manage a small group of SpEd professionals to deliver the above


  • 5+ years as SpEd leader in a sizable school district (>10,000 enrollment)
  • Proven leadership of successful initiatives within the SpEd dep’t
  • Experience in implementation of IT systems within the SpEd dep’t
  • KPI and analytical orientation
